Coordination of international activities in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science

Students and teaching staff of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science can obtain selected Microsoft software (with the exception of Microsoft Office) free of charge as part of the so-called "Azure Dev Tools for Teaching" programme from Microsoft.

A condition of participation in the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching programme is that use of the software is limited to non-commercial purposes including education, research and/or development.

A Microsoft account is required to download software. This must be verified during registration via the HSB e-mail account (confirmation link).

The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science participates in the Academic Partner Programme of Visual Paradigm. Students and teaching staff of the faculty can use the Visual Paradigm software in the standard version free of charge within the framework of studies and teaching: Information on the licence and download of the software

As an academic partner of Visual Paradigm, Visual Paradigm is providing us with their UML tools, database design tools and agile tools for educational use.
A limited number of lockers are available in the ZIMT building. If you are interested in using a locker, please contact Ms Dammasch (Administration) in room I 102.
