The new full-time program Management - Digitalization and Transformation M.A. will start at the International Graduate Center (IGC) in the summer semester of 2024.*
The three-semester, English-language Master's program is aimed at young professionals from around the world who want to develop and drive digital transformation initiatives in various industries across all business units.
In our fast-paced and increasingly digital world, companies must constantly challenge their business models and drive innovation to remain competitive. This fundamentally changes business processes. (Digital) transformation means integrating digital processes into all areas of an organization.
As part of the program, students engage with various scientific theories, work on case studies, discuss issues from different perspectives, and develop innovative solutions to deepen an application-oriented management perspective. Topics include emerging technologies, data-driven decision making, business process optimization, managing organizational change, and improving customer engagement. In addition, students have the opportunity to define and delve into their own focus favorite area within an individual transformation project.
Prospective students can apply for the Management - Digitalization and Transformation M.A. as of the beginning of October. The basic requirements are a Bachelor's degree in economics and at least one year of relevant work experience. With the new program, IGC's offering has grown to seven international full-time programs.
