Equality

HSB pursues the goal of realising gender equality in all areas of the university. To achieve this, we are striving for a change in the university culture that involves the entire organisation, from managers to staff and students.

HSB's offers in the area of equality are designed from the current state of research, reflection on past activities and in relation to current needs. In our action programme for equality, we formulate goals, measures and responsibilities for equality tasks in the academic field.
