This workshop helps university lecturers enhance their intercultural communication skills to create inclusive, effective classrooms for diverse student groups. Participants will learn strategies to navigate cultural differences, foster collaboration, and address challenges like managing varied participation styles or resolving misunderstandings. Through real-life examples—such as responding to indirect feedback or adapting teaching approaches for high-context and low-context cultures—lecturers will build confidence in promoting a positive learning environment. Topics include handling cultural expectations in group work, integrating global perspectives into curricula, and facilitating cross-cultural discussions.
